Assembly Time: 10:00 A.M. Parade Date and Time: September 21, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. Line up: Front Ave. going North (10:00 A.M.) Route of the Parade: After you are line up in Front Avenue going North, make a right turn in14th street. Go down until you get to Broadway. On Broadway you will take another right. You will continue the Parade all down Broadway until we get to 9th street. On 9th street you will take another right until you get to Front Ave. After this point you are welcome to continue on your own to the Civic Center where Tricity Latino festival will take place or you can drive to the Festival. ***ROUTE SUBJECT TO CHANGE*** Entry Deadline: Saturday September 21, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All units must be in their assigned location no later than 10:30 a.m. on the day of the parade. All entries must be approved by the Parade Committee and must abide by the following rules. Failure to abide by the rules will result in your organization being asked not to participate in future parades. You will be notified of your line up number no later than September 21, 2024. • MILITARY VEHICLES ARE WELCOMED. ANY NOT DRIVEABLE ARE ALLOWED ON A FLAT BED SO THE PARADE ROUTE MAY VIEW THEM. • MEDIA VANS MAY PARTICIPATE ONLY BY PULLING FLOATS. IF THE VAN IS EQUIPPED WITH A PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM IT MAY ONLY PLAY PATRIOTIC MUSIC. (Latino Music) • CONVERTIBLES MAY NOT EXCEED 3 RIDERS AND ONE DRIVER AND MUST BE DECORATED IN A PATRIOTIC NATURE. (Latino festivities) • ALL UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES PARKED IN THE PARADE LINE-UP AREA WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. NO EXCEPTIONS! • NO HORSES, NO VENDORS. NO RENTAL FLOATS AVAILABLE FOR THE LATINO FESTIVAL PARADE.

FLOATS A float is a separate unit pulled by a vehicle. It must be decorated using a Latino Festivities theme and a skirt covering the wheels is required. The vehicle pulling the float may not be decorated, only the driver and one passenger may ride in the vehicle. The float must be a minimum of 8’ x 10’. NO HORSES, NO VENDORS. NO RENTAL FLOATS AVAILABLE FOR THE LATINO FESTIVAL PARADE.

Todas las unidades deben estar en su ubicación asignada a más tardar a las 10:30 a.m. del día del desfile. Todas las inscripciones deben ser aprobadas por el Comité del Desfile y deben cumplir con las siguientes reglas. LOS DESCAPOTABLES NO PUEDEN EXCEDER 3 PASAJEROS Y UN CONDUCTOR Y DEBEN ESTAR DECORADOS DE MANERA PATRIÓTICA. (Festividades latinas)

CARROZAS

Una carroza es una unidad separada tirada por un vehículo. Debe estar decorada utilizando un tema de Festividades Latinas y se requiere una falda que cubra las ruedas. El vehículo que tira de la carroza no puede estar decorado, solo el conductor y un pasajero pueden viajar en el vehículo. La carroza debe tener un mínimo de 8' x 10'.
