Line up: Corner of Dillingham and Broad Street in Phenix City
Start: 11:00 AM
Route:  The parade begins on the corner of Dillingham and Broad Street in Phenix City and continues down Broad Street to 13th Street then turns right and goes over the 13th Street Bridge into Columbus, the parade then turns right on Broadway until it ends at 9th Street. Parade Starts at 11:00 AM.

Ruta: El desfile comienza en la esquina de Dillingham y Broad Street en Phenix City y continúa por Broad Street hasta la calle 13, luego gira a la derecha y cruza el puente de la calle 13 hacia Columbus. Luego, el desfile gira a la derecha en Broadway hasta terminar en la calle 9. El desfile comienza a las 11:00 a. m.

All units must be in their assigned location no later than 10:30 a.m. on the day of the parade. All entries must be approved by the Parade Committee and must abide by the following rules. Failure to abide by the rules will result in your organization being asked not to participate in future parades. You will be notified of your line up number. • MILITARY VEHICLES ARE WELCOMED. ANY NOT DRIVEABLE ARE ALLOWED ON A FLAT BED SO THE PARADE ROUTE MAY VIEW THEM. • MEDIA VANS MAY PARTICIPATE ONLY BY PULLING FLOATS. IF THE VAN IS EQUIPPED WITH A PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM IT MAY ONLY PLAY PATRIOTIC MUSIC. (Latino Music) • CONVERTIBLES MAY NOT EXCEED 3 RIDERS AND ONE DRIVER AND MUST BE DECORATED IN A PATRIOTIC NATURE. (Latino festivities) • ALL UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES PARKED IN THE PARADE LINE-UP AREA WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. NO EXCEPTIONS! • NO HORSES, NO VENDORS. NO RENTAL FLOATS AVAILABLE FOR THE LATINO FESTIVAL PARADE.

FLOATS A float is a separate unit pulled by a vehicle. It must be decorated using a Latino Festivities theme and a skirt covering the wheels is required. The vehicle pulling the float may not be decorated, only the driver and one passenger may ride in the vehicle. The float must be a minimum of 8’ x 10’. NO HORSES, NO VENDORS. NO RENTAL FLOATS AVAILABLE FOR THE LATINO FESTIVAL PARADE.

Todas las unidades deben estar en su ubicación asignada a más tardar a las 10:30 a.m. del día del desfile. Todas las inscripciones deben ser aprobadas por el Comité del Desfile y deben cumplir con las siguientes reglas. El incumplimiento de las reglas resultará en que se le pida a su organización que no participe en futuros desfiles. Se le notificará su número de alineación .

• LOS VEHÍCULOS MILITARES SON BIENVENIDOS. CUALQUIER VEHÍCULO NO CONDUCIBLE ESTÁ PERMITIDO EN UNA PLATAFORMA PARA QUE LA RUTA DEL DESFILE PUEDA VERLOS.

• LAS CAMIONETAS DE MEDIOS DE COMUNICACIÓN PUEDEN PARTICIPAR SOLO TIRANDO CARROZAS. SI LA CAMIONETA ESTÁ EQUIPADA CON UN SISTEMA DE SONIDO PÚBLICO, SOLO PUEDE TOCAR MÚSICA PATRIÓTICA. (Música latina)

• LOS DESCAPOTABLES NO PUEDEN EXCEDER 3 PASAJEROS Y UN CONDUCTOR Y DEBEN ESTAR DECORADOS DE MANERA PATRIÓTICA. (Festividades latinas)

• TODOS LOS VEHÍCULOS NO AUTORIZADOS ESTACIONADOS EN EL ÁREA DE ALINEACIÓN DEL DESFILE SERÁN REMOLCADOS A EXPENSAS DEL PROPIETARIO. ¡NO HAY EXCEPCIONES!

• NO HAY CABALLOS, NO HAY VENDEDORES. NO HAY CARROZAS DE ALQUILER DISPONIBLES PARA EL DESFILE DEL FESTIVAL LATINO.

CARROZAS

Una carroza es una unidad separada tirada por un vehículo. Debe estar decorada utilizando un tema de Festividades Latinas y se requiere una falda que cubra las ruedas. El vehículo que tira de la carroza no puede estar decorado, solo el conductor y un pasajero pueden viajar en el vehículo. La carroza debe tener un mínimo de 8' x 10'.
